Alphabet ATC
My latest artist trading cards have all been created for an alphabet swap. I have completed six of the letters so far, twenty to go. I think I will keep two of the design elements constant - the Phlax by Night font from Ma Vinci's Reliquary, and the cutline at the bottom of the image. On this card, the Q, I used the Queen of Coins from the Italian Tarot plate offered by Stampsmith.
I am having the most fun creating the background paper. This technique uses alcohol and metallic inks, alcohol, and glossy paper, and is also known as Polished Stone. They don't show up well on this scan, but there are lovely veins of silver throughout the apricot, and this one is my favorite so far.
Inky fingers today.

This card is beautiful and such a great use of the Stampsmith Italian Tarot stamp! Thanks from The Stampsmith.
