Love love this card. Stamp credits: the man is by Inkadinkado, the quote is from Stampers Anonymous, the U is from Ma Vinci's Reliquary, and the title, Upset, is made from the Making Memories Rummage set.
One reason this card works is that the colors are similar, and not very cheerful. The inks are blue, gray blue and green blue. I sponged the colors onto glossy stock, then stamped the man and the quote over that. The embossing powder is dark blue. Lastly, I layered the card onto a neutral gray card stock that has tiny flecks of dark gray throughout.
