Jawoll Magic Blue Lace Scarf

My first attempt at lace knitting. I like one-skein projects, and fell in love with this sock yarn from Lang Yarns. Jawoll Magic is 75% wool, 25% nylon and was made in Italy, but sold by a Swiss company. The colorway 84.0035 has very broad bands of subtle blue hues.

The name of this pattern is One Skein - A Stole, and it was designed by Katja Jordan. It was another free Ravelry.com download.

I have never thought of myself as a stole-wearing person, but this piece can be a scarf because it it so lacy and light, and then if it's a little chilly, you can wrap it around your shoulders and across your back.
