T is for Troll

I have had this two part troll stamp from Inkadinkado forever. The copyright date is 1992. I like that the hair and the body are two different stamps; it's really easy to get the wild hair color every troll needs.

I stamped and embossed the troll on watercolor paper, but I think the embossing disappeared into the paper. It doesn't have the definition it normally does on regular card stock.

To get the background, I wet the watercolor paper and dropped some paint onto it. The red and yellows spread and ran together to get the peachy tones.

I added the tiny flower brad to make it more 60s, but I don't like the effect of the thick brad sticking up like that. I won't be using any more of those.
