National Bird Day

January 5th is National Bird Day. National Bird Day is a day to "think outside the cage," and reflect on the exploitation of wild birds and the wild bird trade. This awareness day is a joint effort of The Avian Welfare Resource Center and Born Free USA.

Betty I never heard of National Bird day! I should've done a new post in it's honour since I LOVE birds!!
